A reliable solution designed to replace the A4 Milk bladder system, fitted to A4 Lely Robots.
Our pump seamlessly replaces the bladder, enhancing your robot’s efficiency in milk pumping while reducing costs and the necessity to carry service kits.
It also conserves energy by eliminating the need for large amounts of compressed air to transfer the milk.
Installed directly inline to the robot’s existing pipework, the pump requires no modifications to any other other components or electrics of the original robot.
Additionally, to ensure safety and independence, the milk pump operates on a separate power supply, external of the robot’s power or electronics.
Our milk pumps have undergone rigorous testing and been commercially install on robots since 2019 across mainland Europe and most recently in the UK at Nottingham University, demonstrating successful performance across all A4 robots with very minimal maintenance required.
