Product Description

The Mobile Milking Parlour features a powerful 2.2kw 240v single-phase vacuum pump. It is designed to milk six cows or twelve goats/sheep simultaneously. It utilises electric pulsators (pneumatic pulsator options) and servo vacuum regulators to ensure precise pulsations and vacuum settings, maximising milk yield and reducing the risk of mastitis.
The milk is collected in a dedicated 60-litre stainless receiver tank, until the sensor automatically activates the milk pump that pushes the milk up the hose and into a container/tank of your choice.
The remaining milk at the end of milking can be pumped out manually by holding the designated button on the control box.

The circulation wash after each milking works in the same way, with an attached 80-litre water trough that is filled with warm water to flush the system, then hot for circulation wash followed by a rinse.

The parlour is housed inside a galvanised frame with castor wheels at one end, making it fully portable throughout the farm. Please note this machine requires a 5 pin 16amp socket.
